We had a rest in the 1st building in June 2025. The receptionist is a polite man, he showed and explained everything. The double room is comfortable: shower, toilet, TV, Wi-Fi, balcony, refrigerator, double bed, and so on; there is everything you need. They gave me towels and a beach mat. The room is cozy, a little cramped, but in general, it's fine. The bathroom shelf was constantly falling down. As it is, everything is fine: clean, cozy! There are no complaints about the number and territory. The area is simply beautiful: lots of blooming roses, various trees and shrubs. The territory is well maintained and clean. Just a sight to behold! Canteen. He works 3 times a day. There are plenty of seats inside, it's clean and cozy. but!!!! There is no menu or prices! I had to constantly ask for prices and dishes. But the most important thing is the food!!! Cutlets are all fat, smelly and old! Buckwheat is treasured! The omelets are burnt. Vegetable salads are not fresh! We only liked the pastries. Very long service at the checkout. Conclusions. Fix the disadvantages of the dining room. Make a full-day menu with prices. And switch chefs! As it is, everything is fine!

There is something to compare it with. I liked the boarding house. The sea and shore are one of the best we have studied. It's a very quiet place. Free clean beaches. And if you don't get high from having "fresh baklava" shouted in your ear every five minutes, then this place is definitely right for you. But the sea is nearby, the territory is clean. Shower with hot water. The kitchen is shared, the washing machine is very old. There are gazebos, barbecues. There is a paid canteen on site. The beach is big and clean. We will definitely come again.
