The worst experience in Bukhara. We stayed here with a family with children, and it was a huge mistake. The hotel is the dirtiest we've ever seen. The price is absolutely too high and does not match the quality of the service. The main claims: Unsanitary conditions: There are huge layers of dust under the bed, and other people's hair is scattered all over the room. For those who travel with children, this is simply unacceptable and dangerous to their health. Dilapidation: The bed linen is old, washed, in pellets. The towels are gray and stiff — it's scary to wipe a child with them. Service: The staff is indifferent, no help or basic courtesy. Price/quality ratio: For this money, you can find a lot of clean and hospitable places in the city. If you are traveling with your family, avoid this place.
