We lived for 4 days, took two neighboring rooms for ourselves and my mother, the rooms are very clean, the air conditioners work well, there was enough hot water for everyone, yes, there is no cleaning, but it's more like an apartment, there is no such service as in hotels, but it didn't bother us in any way, we don't like it when people come to our room. At one time, all the accessories are there, then we used our own, we took everything with us, but if there is anything there, you can buy everything at the reception. The area is quiet and calm, 10 minutes walk to the metro, we paid for the hotel with a mir card without any problems, yes, there is a commission, as they say, for payment in Russian rubles, but it's not the hotel's fault, but the bank that charges it. The price is high quality, everything is consistent. We will be in Minsk again, we will definitely choose a Panda without hesitation!!!;

There is no warm battery in the tub, and the floor is icy. As a result, it's always damp and very cold. Clothes and towels were not drying out. There was also a small tank with hot water, we adapted to wash quickly or at different times of the day. Otherwise, the hot water would run out. In fact, the area deserves attention, it is an interesting historical place - a German post-war building for tractor factory workers. Quiet and green, there is a huge park nearby. Everything is fine in the hotel, the pictures correspond to reality. There was a small problem: I agreed on accommodation in advance for a small group, clarified various nuances for a long time, but it was only upon check-in that it turned out that an additional set of linen was for an additional fee. I am not against this policy, but I would like to know everything in advance, especially when I explained for a long time that we need a second bed. But, these are nuances, in general, I recommend it. Especially for a family, a couple, and 2 friends/girlfriends will feel comfortable in different rooms.

There is a parking area near the hotel. The owner of the hotel is a very pleasant man, knows many stories and a lot of interesting facts about the memory and the history of Belarus. He suggested how to spend our mini-vacation and where to go. A security guard sits from evening to morning. The requested breakfast can be received only after 9 a.m., after the arrival of the administrator. We left before 9 a.m., so we couldn't get a taste of tomorrow. There is no microwave in the room, so you won't be able to heat up anything you bought at the store across the street. There were no towels in the room, they were provided upon request. For three days, the room was never cleaned and, accordingly, the shampoo bags were not reported and the garbage was not taken out. There is no one to complain to, because we talked with the guard in the morning and evening. The room is strangely furnished. The room has two rooms, one equipped with an entrance hall, a kitchen and a living room, 3 in 1. And a TV right there. All this is on 10 sq.m. The second room is a bedroom with a large bed and that's it. It is more convenient to watch TV in bed. I hope this review will be seen by the owners and the shortcomings will be eliminated. It's your business.

The boilers are small, enough for 2-3 people. There are many additional services, such as slippers, a hairdryer, air conditioning, an extra blanket, and you will have to pay extra for all this.

We came with my son for a day from May 16-17. We planned to live in another hotel with friends, but at the time of booking there were no more available rooms, and therefore we chose this hotel because of its proximity to the hotel where friends lived. Panda positions itself as an apartment hotel with appropriate facilities. We were warned that the room was small and without a kitchen, but we didn't really care because the booking period was only a day. The cost of living in our one-room double room : 210 b/ rubles for one person, 240 b/rubles for two. When we arrived and started checking in, we were asked to pay extra for a second blanket. It became unclear to me here:Why should I? We have already paid 240 b/₽ for two people (this is 6,400 Russian rubles). After calling the manager, this issue was resolved without additional payment. The room was smaller in size than we had imagined. This is already disappointing. There is no hair dryer in the room, upon request. And the most important thing is that hot water is supplied through a water heater, which cannot handle the volume so that two people can wash normally. As a result, I couldn't take a shower after almost 900 km of driving. Because I didn't have enough hot water after my son. At 12 a.m., I called the receptionist to ask why there was no hot water, to which she replied that I had to wait 10-15 minutes. Nothing like that, 25 minutes and no signs of heating. Of course, the administrator is not responsible for such inconveniences and, in my opinion, the inflated cost of accommodation, so I do not blame her for anything. By the way, she reacted very kindly to all my complaints. By the way, friends lived in another hotel for 170 b/rub, in a nice room, where there were no problems with water and everyone was satisfied, unlike us, and even for such money. The receptionist told me that the water heaters had already been changed in all the rooms, but this one is the smallest and apparently the queue has not reached it yet! But then the question to the manager is: since this room is so small and there is enough hot water for one person, why are you selling this room at such a price?

A new, clean hotel that has absolutely everything to relax after the road. We got a small room, but very functional, a kitchenette with everything you need. Lots of sockets in the right places , beautiful mattresses , clean and cozy . In general, we slept like at home. In the morning, the helpful administrator also provided us with a guide to the main attractions of the handsome Minsk. Yes, there is also a place to park. Prosperity to the hotel and more guests.

Dishonest people. To be honest, we were disappointed by the discrepancy between price and quality. And that wasn't the only problem. For 8,000 a night, there is no dryer in the bathroom, no toothbrush cup, and there wasn't even a spare toilet paper (despite the fact that there wasn't a whole roll hanging when we arrived, and it ran out). There were also no spare towels, blankets and pillows, spare duvet covers, or at least one pair of slippers. There is no towel, rag, or paper towel in the kitchen. There are very few dishes, there is no deep one in principle, I had to make porridge in cups in the morning. The dishes were far from clean. My husband couldn't get into the shower for 7 minutes because of the difficulties with setting up the water, I burned my hand 2 times because of them. It's either boiling water or ice water, and finding something in between takes time and effort, and it's not something you'd want to do at night after a trip. There is a contact in the socket above the bed, and to put the phone on charge, I also had to fumble to find the perfect position. The receptionist was quite familiar and tried to joke unsuccessfully. If a night cost 2 thousand, I would understand, but for 8 you expect a different level, considering that in other cities of Belarus we stayed just in apartments, and there were all of the above and even more. Perhaps this is the specifics of apart-hotels in Minsk, I don't know. In addition (and this is the most unpleasant thing), the representatives of the hotel are lying: as it turned out, after we wanted to leave a review on the "Island" where we booked the hotel, about such "excellent" service, we were given a "no show", although in fact it took place. We tried to solve the problem through the customer support service, to which she informed us that the accommodation facility claims that we did not live with them. The very fact that these people are lying that we didn't live there speaks to dishonesty and fear of a truthful review. Before that, we wanted to mention at least some advantages, but after such outright lies, the impression was completely ruined.

Not at 12:15, but exactly at 12, you should have a room available. I won't say that it's bad, but there's some kind of bullying in everything. You won't get any welcome here! I won't come back!

We have already written about the shortcomings in the reviews - there may be problems with cleaning, water, etc. The location is not very good - a rather remote area far from the center. The rooms are very small (photos can be misleading) But in order to inexpensively "stay over" for a couple of nights, it would probably be a good option. But everything is ruined by the administrator, who is also the owner. Boorish, tactless, with the manners of a businessman from the 90s. For a self-respecting person, this is definitely not an option.

The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, but that's it. There were no basic supplies in the room (cutlery, slippers, toothbrushes, dish sponges). Even the coffee machine on the 1st floor did not work in the morning due to lack of water/milk. There was enough hot water in the boiler for 1 person, although 3 people lived in the room. We waited 40-50 minutes to heat up, and in the end, the next one washed anyway in cool water. And they dealt with WiFi on their own, because they didn't explain anything when they checked in.
