The staff was polite and nimble, we were in karaoke, although there was no button at our table , but everything was quickly fixed, the food was not waited for a long time , everything was brought immediately when drinks and snacks were ready. Overall, everything is great!

Not even 1 point, but -5, we wanted to sit and chat with a friend in a good place. It all started with a reservation, karaoke was booked, they called in 2 days and said that we were transferring you to a common room in a good place, but in the end, when we arrived, they put us in the ass, but okay, we came to sit and chat, as if it were nothing terrible, we had to leave after 2 hours, the order was waited for 2 hours. In the end, they said that there won't be what we ordered, we couldn't even just sit down to drink, eat and chat. They are completely unprepared for the number of customers, they went to that place, they met us here and served us with pleasure.
