TERRIBLE SERVICE! They ruined the phone, they blame the client. 3 months without communication! I want to warn everyone about the terrible quality of service and repairs in this salon. My story is a real nightmare that has been going on for three months now. The essence of the problem: 1. Initial repair: I had a broken screen replaced due to a non-warranty case. The job was guaranteed for 4 months. 2. A problem occurred: After a while, the screen began to turn blue, although the phone did not fall or get damaged. The spots grew. This is a clear marriage in work or detail! 3. Transfer to the service: Since I was in another city, I mailed the phone to my mom. She handed it over to a salon with a perfect appearance (only defective with a display) for repairs under warranty. 4. Negligence of the service: The phone was kept under repair for a WHOLE MONTH. As a result, he was returned to his mother in a BROKEN state (although they handed him over intact!) and, most importantly, IN a COMPLETELY NON-WORKING CONDITION. It won't even turn on! 5. Irresponsibility: When the service called and said "the phone is ready," it was inoperable. They didn't even check it before handing it out! 6. Failure to meet deadlines and extortion: The phone was taken away for "repair" again. It's been 2 MONTHS since the first broadcast, and I've been out of touch for 3 MONTHS since the beginning of this whole epic. Now they claim that the warranty has allegedly expired due to their own delays, and they are demanding money from us for new repairs that were required due to their own negligence. Bottom line: This is not a service, but a circus. They not only performed poor-quality repairs, but also completely ruined the working apparatus, disrupted all deadlines, and now they are trying to shift the blame and costs onto me. Nerves, time and money have been spent. conclusion: NEVER BRING YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE! You risk being left without a device and getting a bunch of problems instead of solutions.
