The delay in cooking was 34 minutes, then another 20 minutes, as if the food was handed over to the courier, but for unknown reasons he just stood there. He probably wouldn't have delayed much if the order had actually been delivered. Naturally, no one contacted, no one warned, no one explained the reason for the delay.
