Pacotta patisserie has become one of the most special places I have experienced in Istanbul so far. The friendly and hospitable staff who greeted me as soon as I stepped inside made me feel that I was in the right place at the very first second. The attention, care and warm approach of the employees is really admirable; they make you feel not like a customer, but like a special guest coming to your home. The hygiene and cleanliness of the bakery is impeccable. Order and meticulousness prevail in every corner, which shows how confidently and carefully every product prepared here is made. It is a great privilege to sit and shop in such a place with peace of mind. Let's come to the service... in a word, it's amazing. Orders arrive quickly, regularly and carefully. The presentations are appetizing, and the service quality is far above expectations. The variety of products is incredible! Each sweet, salty or special product is a feast of taste separately. No matter what you try, you are unlikely to regret it. It's as if every recipe has been carefully selected and perfected over the years. With every bite, that labor and mastery makes itself felt. The atmosphere of the place is also charming... It offers a friendly and modern atmosphere. Whether you want to have a long chat with friends or take a quiet break alone, Pacotta is a place where you will feel good in any case. With all these features, Pacotta patisserie, in my opinion, deserves to be the No. 1 patisserie in Istanbul. I would recommend it with peace of mind to anyone who is looking for quality, taste, hygiene and friendly service.
