1. Breakfast buffet okish, 2. rooms unique weird architecture…not that functional but still bearable 3. No elevator and my room was on third floor 4. They don’t do room cleaning unless you ask 5. No water in the room 6. I asked is minibar items paid-The reception said <YES> when checking out they said you have to pay for the items you had 🤷🏽‍♂️🤯🤬

I liked the hotel as a whole. Stylish interior, excellent location, comfortable bed and high-quality linens. The breakfast is very good, varied, and there is plenty to choose from. Everything is brought to the room quickly when ordering Of the cons: The pool was not working during our stay. It also turned out to be almost impossible to get a massage — the massage therapist is constantly busy (which indicates a good massage therapist) When they arrived late, they handed over the key so as not to lose it, and I had to wait for the receptionist for about 15 minutes: they rang, knocked, and looked for someone to take the key. When the employee approached, she reported that she had been gone for only 3 minutes, although the wait was much longer. They asked me how to use the TV - I also wish they wouldn't be rude in response) Overall, the impressions are good, but I would like to improve the reception service and the availability of the stated services.
