This is the first time I picked up an order at this pick-up point. He ended up in a Belarusian cosmetics store. In general, this is not a problem, but at first it is a bit disorienting — there seems to be an Ozon sign, and the door is shared with the store. The pick-up point itself is working fine, I received the order without delay. But there is a point about packaging — although this most likely refers to the sender, not to the item itself. The order was packed in a transparent bag, and you can immediately see what's inside. One more thing — the orders were in plain sight, right on the table. It would be great if the pick-up point had a separate storage location, like at other points in WB or Uzum. It would make everything look more organized. Overall, the experience was positive: I received the order quickly, the staff were polite, but there are details that can be improved — and then it will be even more comfortable to use the point.
