More than once I came across a situation where a piece of paper "break of 15 minutes" is hanging on the door, while it is not indicated from what time this break is. The first time I waited for more than 15 minutes and no one opened the door, which makes me wonder if the break is really 15 minutes. Because, obviously, no one controls it. Moreover, it is not entirely clear why this break is necessary if the working hours are specified quite specifically - from 10:00 to 22:00 daily. Deal with the situation. Either an unscrupulous employee works for the PVZ, or hire more people to ensure that labor standards are respected and customer service is uninterrupted. It's winter outside, and it's not clear how long it's going to take on the street. While I was writing the review, 15 minutes have already passed, so again the question is who controls these breaks and how.
