Disgusting pick-up point. I came to get an order, heard a sigh of how much he would have to look for things, as many as 8, then I listened to a lecture about the magnetic storms today and in general he only works here for a salary, but you see, everything goes to the owners. I took almost everything, except for one thing that didn't fit. I was already told that I was "walking on the edge", because I order so much and buy so little, although this is not about me at all, I almost always take everything, except, of course, marriage. And I would not like to listen to the employee's comments about what I order at all. Employees are generally some kind of personalities outside of society, extremely unpleasant. The feeling that I came to the market from the 2000s, and not to the pick-up point. After all, what a nightmare, it is precisely because of the people who place orders at this pick-up point that he works here.

An inadequate employee. Not only did I listen to a lecture that you can't refuse the product, otherwise your account will be blocked, but I also wrote off the money for the product that I refused! I saw it only when I was approaching the house, and I had to go back! It's disgusting, I had to pick up an item that I didn't need because of an employee's mistake!

Upon receipt of the goods, the staff of the pick-up point without my knowledge (and before the actual receipt of the goods!) We marked all the goods as received, after which the money was debited from me. When I asked why this happened, they replied that these were the rules for issuing goods. After inspecting the product, I decided not to take one product (because the color did not fit). At first, I was offered to pick up the product and come to them in an hour or two to issue a refund. When I said I wasn't going to go back and forth because of their mistake. With an unhappy look, the employee started poking at something on the computer and assured me that they had issued a refund and the money would be returned within a few days. It's been 5 days, but I still see this product in my received status, the money has not been returned. Absolutely incompetent employees who have not even learned how to use applications for work. I am waiting for Ozone support to respond to further resolve the issue. I do not recommend this pick-up point to anyone.
