The most convenient PVZ for me, but there is NOOOO!!! There's no staff!!! The manager? It will be said loudly! Once I came to pick up the goods, there were two girls, one after the other went back and forth looking for goods, the girl found one product, which I immediately refused. Another one got lost, to which another girl (at the computer) shouts to her from the spot what kind of product I have! At the same time, defiantly MUNCHING on some meat snacks, along the way asking the reason for my refusal. Honestly, I didn't want to answer!🙄 I decided that this "story" was a kind of one-time PROMOTION, but here it is again 25! Having arrived once again at the PVZ, which has a one-minute work schedule: 10:00-22:00. The time is 21:05, the door is open, there is no light. And it's not clear if this Ozone works or not.… I went in and asked if they were working, to which they replied: of course they are, we are just watching a movie in the dark and chewing something again.(By the way, after me, 2 more customers came in with this question and a similar answer was received) And then the farce began, I'll let you go or you won't....(there were already 3 of them today!) I had 2 identical products, I asked which one came later, because it was cheaper, I opened it, checked, everything was fine. The money was debited for the first product, ?!?!? A refund was made, respectively, the money will be returned no earlier than 3 days. It's better to drive half the city to Ostrovsky or stand in line at Darida Mall than this whole "beauty". And a bonus, when I asked for a package for the product, I was told with displeasure that I needed to talk about it right away, and not when it was paid. Bottom line: I spent my time waiting / checking the product / making a refund, negative emotions, and today I was left without the desired product! There is no concept of respect for customers, customer orientation is zero! Sorry, I still haven't heard. I almost never write reviews, but here's an honest review that YOU deserve.
