The room itself is bright, very cozy, well equipped: good repair, mirrors, cubicles. The product arrived on time. The glass was beautifully packaged. It's hard to imagine worse employees than at this pick-up point. Rudeness and, most importantly, illiteracy. Lack of knowledge of the laws of the Republic of Belarus. Don't listen to them when they tell you that the product can't be opened. Only after you are sure that the product matches the declared one, you can make a payment. Let the incompetent employee of this point buy sausage in the store, pay at the checkout and only see at home what she was given. For them, the rules of Ozone were above the laws of the Republic. Well what... I'll meet you in court...
