I am extremely outraged by the visit to this pick-up point. I took an order for the amount of ~ 2000 tenge. There is always enough barcode from your PERSONAL ACCOUNT in Ozon throughout the city. Here, the employee demanded an identification card in an ultimatum. I live in the same residential complex and do not carry my documents with me. As a result, I had to stand and look for the electronic version in the gallery just to pick up the order. If these are the rules, then why is it that at all times when I picked up orders, and at other points in the city, employees do not require a driver's license? Why don't they ask people before me or after me? Unreasonable formalism from scratch. It looks like a selective requirement!
