Despite this, your employee refused to accept the device, citing the lack of packaging and giving frivolous, irrelevant examples about the "machine with a bow." Such actions are a direct violation of the established rules for accepting goods and contradict the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection. In fact, I was denied the exercise of my legal right to return the marriage. Today is the last day of delivery of the goods, and due to the unprofessional actions of your employee, I have to go through the registration procedure again, wasting time and encountering obstacles created solely by the employees of your organization. I ask you to conduct an appropriate check, evaluate the actions of the employee and ensure compliance with the law so that such situations do not happen again. Otherwise, I reserve the right to contact the Committee for Consumer Protection under the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan and state the situation in an official complaint.
