I want to share my indignation about the work of an employee at the pick-up point. The incident occurred on 12/06/2025. I was faced with complete lack of professionalism and boorish attitude on his part. There were difficulties with linking the card in my personal account, and I asked for help. Instead of calmly explaining, the employee responded extremely impolitely. Moreover, he kicked me out of the room and wouldn't let me pick up my order. Such behavior is simply unacceptable for an employee working with clients. I will never place orders at this point again and I will not advise anyone to contact here!!!
