Spacious room, pleasant Ozone staff. They work quickly and accurately. It's not the first time I've visited - there are no complaints about the work. There were complaints about the slippery steps, but today I was pleased to see the anti-slip coating fixed on the steps. So welcome!!!

We came here with a child on January 21st, the stairs are terribly slippery, the child almost crashed! was it really impossible to make a railing or change the tile to a normal one? I told the employee about it, I hope it gets to the management. someone can crash and sue! The order was not issued very quickly, the employee looked sick and coughed, she felt like she was going to fall. We won't come here anymore! we will order at another location.

It's very inconvenient to go in and out there: the thresholds are high, the stairs are broken, and when it's slippery, it's easy to stretch out right there. There were two different employees, both of whom were not very friendly and did not answer questions about the conditions and refund options, saying that this was not within their competence. Packages need to be begged. There is not enough space for checking, it is inconvenient.
