Yesterday, my husband and I stopped by to pick up a parcel from this point. At the entrance, my husband was bitten by one of the cats living there safely. To this incident and to the arguments - and if it was a child, the management of the point replied - it's not our fault, we don't have to expel them!!! With a bunch of street cats, of unknown origin, where they get food, children's clothes, toys, etc.

I've picked it up several times. The staff is not polite, they even get rude sometimes. There are no packages at the pick-up point - you need to carry everything in your hands. If you need to place an order, it's better to choose another pick-up point, since there is even an option nearby.
