In response, I received "where I need to be, that's where I am." Then the employee deigned to come and continued to be rude directly at the pick-up point. When I asked her, quite logically, where she was absent during working hours, the girl replied (in a very rude way) that she was on a break. Although there was no sign on the PVZ. Just a piece of paper with the phone number of this employee. I do not recommend this pick-up point to anyone. And I really hope that Ozon will take action. Because if a person does not know how to work with people, then this is clearly not her job.
