Fitting rooms are also provided. The room is kept clean and tidy, the staff is polite, orders are issued quickly, there are no queues. One of the disadvantages is that payment is only possible by card.

But today, instead of explaining how to make a refund, the "man" began to raise his voice, saying that he was just issuing orders and did not know anything about the rules of Ozone, began to drive away from the table and in every possible way to show his dissatisfaction, continuing to raise his voice. It is sad that such "employees" "work" in the PVZ.

Despite the unfriendly and sometimes even rude employee, I always shopped at this ozon pick-up point and did not complain, since I live very close by and am a non-confrontational person. But today a disgusting situation occurred: an employee of this point “attacked” (communicating in an aggressive form) me, a woman 7 months pregnant, and my child (1.8 years old), as my child was playing with the bell, taking it from the employee's desk while I was briefly checking 3 things, which took no more 3 minutes. At first, I tried to be polite, saying that it was just a child, and it was not worth reacting so aggressively to him. But then "Ostap got carried away," and a rude altercation was not long in coming. The mood is ruined for the whole day. While some pick-up points build children's corners so that mothers can safely shop, others show undisguised hatred for children and mothers.
