I have twice encountered completely unprofessional and disrespectful treatment at this Ozon pick-up point. The female employee acts like she's doing a favor, and she doesn't care about the customers or the quality of the product at all. The first time I found a manufacturing defect on the shoe (defective) and refused to pick up the goods. To which she replied, "Well, why are you so picky about these shoes?" This is absolutely unacceptable. An employee should not be concerned with what kind of product I buy or for what purpose, and moreover she has no right to comment on my right to check the quality. If I pay money, I must and will carefully inspect the item. Instead of a neutral reaction, there is devaluation and rudeness. The second time, today, I took away different shoes. The employee didn't say hello, didn't say goodbye, no culture — not a single customer I saw while checking my product. When I picked up the box, the package was not offered to me. When I asked her to give me a bag, the woman just pointed at the bags so that I could take and pack the goods myself. For an order pick—up point, this is wildness. The room is also messy, with dust and dirt in places. I understand perfectly well that an employee may get tired, but the basic things — "good afternoon", "goodbye", help with packing and respect for the customer — are not an option, but a requirement. It is a pity that Ozon spoils the impression with such pick-up points, and especially with such employees.

It's good here, there are no queues, it's clean, the staff are working normally, that's how it should be in the PVZ..... That's what I thought, until the staff got something mixed up and canceled my paid order, and then they started begging for money, we got it mixed up...We'll be charged later....

A new point of delivery of orders (PVZ). The PVZ is clean and warm. There are two fitting rooms. The staff is polite and friendly. The work schedule is seven days a week from 9.00 to 21.00, which is very convenient.
