I would like to express my gratitude to the managers of the pick-up point, Daria and Anna. I had difficulty paying for the order - money was not debited from the card, since the Russian one is linked and the payment is "upon receipt" (I live in the Russian Federation and sometimes visit the United States). The managers did their best to help, but by that time the app had already failed, and I didn't even have a new payment method attached. In general, we spent a lot of time issuing an order, and finally decided that the best way out of the situation was to order a new product by paying immediately. The girls were very understanding and tried to help, thank you very much! 💖 I would like to note separately that it is pleasant to be at the pick-up point - clean and tidy.
