I came to the pick-up point today, waited for 20 minutes (there is a sign on the door for a break) as a result, a woman came up to me and said that there was no one there since 15:00 (time 19:30) Why hang up the sign and leave??? People are standing and waiting, wasting their time!

Good day to all! I want to leave a review about this Ozone pick-up point (Ya.Chechota,2). They came to pick up the order, but the woman with glasses couldn't find it. It was obvious from the first minutes of the visit that she clearly did not want to work and that we were very annoying her! Three times she went to the warehouse, but she couldn't or wouldn't find anything! To a reasonable question about what to do, she offered to refuse or leave a phone number and call later when she finds the order!! Of course, we didn't want to go to this pick-up point again! Disgusting attitude towards customers! It was 03.09.2025 around 17.50! I don't recommend it to anyone!
