Computer accessories were purchased. After periodic system failures, tests were performed that confirmed the malfunction of one of the memory strips. A refund was issued in the Ozon application, the application was approved with an indication of the refund through the PVZ. However, when contacting the PVZ, the staff refused to accept the goods, citing "incomplete packaging", and tried to issue a refund for the wrong reason, although the goods were returned in full and in the original packaging, in the same form in which they were received. Such actions mislead customers and violate the return policy. As a result, I had to waste time and nerves, despite the official confirmation of the refund. I ask Ozon to take measures against this PVZ, as its behavior violates the standards of service and creates serious difficulties for customers.

A great point. Professionals work there. Mature experienced women.. delivery on time. They will help you make a refund. There is something to compare it with. About parking? There are some difficulties, but there are places around. In principle, there are no big problems to walk 100 meters for health.
