On October 18, 2025, I arrived at the pick-up point at 9:00 a.m., but the employee was not there. I had to come back a second time, wasting my time additionally. The second visit was even worse: I made a remark that the store was closed at 9 a.m., to which Madame replied that it was useful to take a walk. I said, in that case, it would be useful for you to give a written explanation of why you were not at the workplace. The employee called me a "psychopath" and went to the warehouse. It's just sur! Such employees are a disgrace to OZONE!
