Tk Christmas holiday, before going, I looked at the work schedule on the Internet. It was written that it was open. It's minus 15 degrees outside, and I reinsured myself by calling the ozone hotline in Minsk to find out if the pick-up point is working for sure, the operator confirmed that the pick-up point is open until 21.00. I came and what do you think, of course it's closed!!!! There is no information about the working hours on holidays at the pick-up point. Terrible attitude! (Date 07.01.2024.
