There was no operator at the workplace, he stood like an idiot for 15 minutes. I called support and they said there was no pick—up point at all. Do not select this address to issue your orders.

I picked up an order that was delayed for 2 months. The 1st part of the order arrived, the woman warned that if I open it, the refund will be made only through my personal account. Okay, I refused right away, because it was no longer relevant due to the delay. I come to cancel the 2nd part of the order in a couple of days and the employee starts to tell me in a raised tone that the cancellation is ONLY through my personal account. I explain to her that I didn't even touch the goods and I was quietly canceled last time. As a result, I had to pick it up, but the seller rejects the refund requests. I don't know which one of them did the wrong thing, but the rules are somehow changing.

What is the ozone pick-up point? A regular post office! The queue is shared by coupons, although you take an ozone coupon, no one will approach you until the general queue reaches. Don't even count on the package!
