I always ordered at this point and everything was fine, although several employees have changed since the opening. But a woman recently came to work at this point and I don't receive any orders without complaints. A person absolutely does not know how to communicate, all the time with claims to everyone. As much as I take both wb and Ozone, this is the first time I've come across such an attitude. Now I'm ordering to another location.

I visited this PVZ today and was extremely dissatisfied. I ordered clothes and shoes for dogs, and of course I came with the dogs to try them on. As soon as she entered, the manager immediately began to swear, said that she would not serve the dogs because she was allergic, said goodbye and went to her warehouse. I understand everything, but how do I check and try on the product? If you have such a severe allergy, then do not work in a place where you can meet your allergen. As a result, we were allowed to try on a jacket and shoes for the dogs in the hallway. But what if marriage had come? How would I then prove that it wasn't me who did something to the thing? Who would pay me back later? Is the manager out of his pocket? I doubt it very much. And it's very inconvenient to check things in the hallway while standing on the aisle.

The young guys who come to work for a short period of time are as pleasant and friendly as possible, but two older women are a horror, especially with short hair. It's trite, "neither hello nor goodbye," she looks like she's been insulted by everyone. Today, thoughtfully, she picked up a festive envelope that hadn't been opened yet, so she tore it out of her hands with the word "wait" in a racing manner. You can just say normally that I haven't checked the product yet, or please return it. You come to pick up your goods, and additionally you get the feeling that you've been doused with mud. Management, please keep track of the moment of communication with the visitors.
