He (the employee) doesn't care about the reviews here, and I quote the complaints: "Haha! Go to Russia and complain there. And here I will do what I want." 4. There are no knives. The hotline kindly invited me to come in an hour or the next day, how great!! So maybe you can call an employee and do something about it instead of asking me to come the next day?? You have a daily schedule from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., not when it's more convenient for an employee to wake up. I wish he'd said something, but no.
