If it were possible to put 0 stars, I would put There are no questions for the employee, only questions for the management, that one employee is all that windows are at different ends of the room and she has to rush back and forth.... It's bad that the ozone application doesn't show the PVZ rating and reviews, you'll only find out about this joke when you come to pick up the parcel.
