The staff is rude and uncompetent.They argue for a ban on opening factory packaging, while they absolutely do not understand what factory packaging really is, taking any shipping films and bags for it. The law does not prohibit the consumer from opening the packaging and inspecting the goods before receiving the ordered goods, as he would do in a store. Except for the situation when this package is part of the product and the product cannot be sold later without this package. In other words, the package cannot be opened only if it is essentially part of the product, it contains mandatory information such as expiration date, composition, instructions for use, and so on.Therefore, if the package is only shipping, the buyer has every right to open it.
