A person should probably feel guilty for their inconvenience. A full-time employee works very slowly. It takes a long time to accept an item that didn't fit. An employee should still be responsible, but there should also be a customer orientation. If you compare it with other places, I haven't encountered anything like this there. Meanwhile, the pick-up point earns money on orders, of course, the employees get nothing from this. But these are not the client's problems.
