In addition, this is a joint Ozone and WB delivery point, this should also be taken into account. This is a good point, I like it here, I behave appropriately and politely, and I get the same thing in return. Adults should understand this.

As it is written below, the staff is never in place. The last straw was that the reception hall was simply turned into a warehouse, after a notification arrives that the goods are ready for delivery, they are not ready. The goa staff will say, "you will need to come tomorrow because we didn't have time to sort out a lot of goods." No one even tried to smooth out the situation and at least politely ask to "come tomorrow." The service is disgusting and there is no desire to ride just like that on the PVZ anymore.

The problem with this office is the combination of Wildberrys and Ozon in one room with different entrances and receptions, there is no order there. I have placed an order at this pick-up point a lot of times, I have to constantly wait for 5 minutes after the bell rings, this is certainly not critical (although it is part of the service), but in times of great competition at pick-up points, I prefer to pick up orders from Ozon on Lutsk. There are never any problems, the employee is on site, polite communication, even if you need to walk an extra 200 meters.
