There are no questions about the service, BUT as it turned out, there is no handle on the back of the door, meaning you can enter but not exit. We found ourselves in such a situation, it was indicated on the door not to slam the doors, but the woman just closed them (as it turned out, they slammed and all the employee said was, "That's it, we were closed," we had to go to work, time is limited, the girl says call your friends to open them. I'm horrified, my friends don't live close to us. We ordered a taxi, but the taxi driver refused our request. Thank God that a young family came in about 10 minutes later, and we went out. But as it is, this is literally a situation caused by ozone, where you waste your time just GETTING OUT. It's like they're not holding you, but you can't get out, just because there's no handle in the door on the other side!!!
