I came to this point for the first time, and the impression was not very good. First of all, it was very stuffy in there, although the air conditioner is hanging, but it doesn't seem to be working. I stayed there for a couple of minutes, but during that time I almost suffocated. Secondly, I encountered unpleasant communication from an employee. I was making a refund and calmly asked how long the money is usually refunded. Before that, I was a little interested in the rules of Ozon, so as not to burden them with unnecessary questions if I come to this PVZ in the future, and I know that the employees of the PVZ are not required to know the exact date of return, but they should know the general terms, and I just did not ask anything precise, but just wondered "during what time time." In response, they told me: "I don't have any money, wait" — rather rudely and sharply, not at all as a normal explanation. I understand that work can be hard and people get tired, but I myself was as polite as possible, I always communicate this way, and even after such an answer, there was no rudeness on my part. I was interrupted several more times, not allowed to finish properly, and because of this, the conversation became even more unpleasant. It is unclear where the professionalism lies in this situation. As a result, there was a residue, because the question was ordinary, but the attitude was not. It happened on June 17th, around lunchtime (13-14)

Today we came to pick up the parcel, the door is locked, there is a piece of paper with a phone number on the door on tape. Okay, they called, but they didn't answer the phone. As a result, we stood for 20-25 minutes. I came, I didn't say hello, I didn't apologize, I did a favor. I understand that you might want to go to the store, write in a human way that you left, answer the phone. Why leave a phone number at all? Disappointed.
