Good afternoon. Disgusting experience with this item. The product did not match my order (the package was mixed up). Issued a refund through the app. The item refuses to accept the product because it does not match the order. Technical support has approved everything, the item is not accepted. I've been walking for the 2nd day now. I'm calling tech support. It's absurd. I think it all comes down to the management of the pick-up point, the command not to accept a refund comes from them. Highly not recommended!

The employee is never there, and you have to wait all the time. Not all employees know how to work in the system, they call for help from the World Bank, and they have to wait again. Parcels from the seller lie for three days without being sent. I have to go a second time and remind them to send it! Horror and nightmare! I won't get involved with this PVZ anymore. And I will never recommend it to anyone either! And the owner would like to say that he would stop saving OZONE on the nerves of customers and take a separate person who will sit in his place and greet with a smile and greet at the entrance.
