Today, I generally wanted to refuse an obviously defective product (a crumpled and spilled can of paint), so the manager refused to accept it, told me to make a refund through the application and bring the defective order the next day, arguing that she had already "closed everything" at home. And it was 40 minutes before closing time. It's a complete mess. There were no problems before.
