This is the first time I have come across such a categorical answer, where the owner of the Ozon PVZ is absolutely wrong and does not regret it. I ran to them specifically to catch up, picked up only 1 product without any fittings, arrived at 20:53 and it was closed. There are no questions, we are all human, but why are there no announcements about this, at least in the form of a piece of paper "dear customers, our PVZ is open on a permanent basis until 20:50, sorry for the inconvenience," or at least a banal "sorry that it happened, but we have to work like this now"? For some reason, he thinks that this is normal, that he doesn't owe anyone anything, and that actually, I should have known and understood this somehow. On the other side of the WB PVZ building, so there is no issue with this, clearly until 21. Considering that PVZ is everywhere now, and they earn money from consumer orders, I'd rather go to a place where I'm welcome and where I'm expected.
