The girl at this pick-up point (she looks like she's 16) didn't say a word when I came to pick up the order (after saying hello, of course). Neither hello, nor goodbye, NOTHING! It felt like I had stopped her from flipping through the tictocs. Teach your employees to at least just say hello and say goodbye.
