Disgusting PVZ. There is little space and everything is always littered with parcels, although the point has its own warehouse. A girl and a guy work, there are no questions for a guy - everything is always clear and fast. The girl is not competent at work. I've been to it several times, and if I ask a question about the situation, I've never been able to get a constructive answer. I came across an item that arrived incorrectly from China, and I was not allowed to unpack and check it until I bought it back. I made the payment, I started checking - the product is absolutely not the same. When asked how to return the money and the goods, I received a monosyllabic answer - go to the post office. What do you mean?! I ordered through Ozone, which works with China, and in the current problem I was sent to Belpost, which has nothing to do with it. Where I was logically sent back to Ozone. The girl spread her hands and I went home with nothing. A wonderful and competent employee in quotes, but on the other hand, it's true- it's not her problem and her money is not spent, why bother! Unfortunately, zero stars cannot be assigned to this pick-up point.

An excellent pick-up point, the staff are great fellows, they work for results and are always happy to customers. Convenient location and quick delivery of goods. There is enough space and it is always clean, this is especially important in the fitting rooms.
