A woman (wearing glasses) works at the checkpoint, who is constantly unhappy with everything, as if someone came to her house in her quiet hour. Unlike the neighboring WB point, where employees always greet each other, this woman won't even always look at you, even if you're the only ones who came in. She doesn't respond to your Hello. Today, the situation was generally unpleasant, I came for an order and she refused to give it out, because she said she had an acceptance of the goods, although at that time she had not accepted anything yet, but was waiting for the driver to bring the boxes. I offered to give out my order while she stood stupidly and watched, to which she defiantly wrote the break time, hung it on the door and told me to come in 15 minutes. Why do such people go to work in a field where they need to communicate with other people?

Hello. We received the order on the 18th, or rather we wanted to receive it, but we couldn't. The product arrived in shipping packaging: a box and duct tape. An employee of the PVZ, a woman of respectable age, FORBADE me to check for compliance. In this case, the seller ALLOWS. The product is expensive, so we couldn't risk taking the box home at random and had to refuse on the spot without opening it. Thus, we lost a third of the cost of the product, the product was re-ordered to another pick-up point, and the price changed. The seller, in turn, lost money on delivery. Why is the work of a PVZ employee so incompetent? Perhaps you should give a briefing on working with clients and orders? I confirm (I see from other reviews) that she was unfriendly and rude to everything. Judging by the reviews, unfortunately I saw after the fact, the situation with the employee's behavior does not change, and if the management does not respond, perhaps it is worth sending a complaint to the representative office of Ozon RB? In general, I recommend it to everyone, it's better to take a walk across the street - the PVZ is much more pleasant.
