The specialist at the pick-up point is disgusting, the service is slow and terrible! There was a huge queue and they closed in front of me for a break without first warning me. I was the last one, there was no one behind me. Should I study all your breaks and predict whether I will be able to receive the goods in time, given the speed of the employee's service? All the people after work, hungry and tired, they don't want to take a lot of time to hear that the last person in front of you and wait 15 minutes for a break, and then take it away?!
