Disgusting and terrible!!!! Why don't they warn you about the closure???? What should I do if I need the product now? Warn in advance and transfer the goods to another PVZ.... I'm not even talking about the constant mess and dirt, the smell of food, and the fact that employees are either very slow or busy with their own business (for example, putting on makeup) instead of issuing orders.

Поддержу одной звездой, так как совершенно не понятно когда можно забирать товар на данном пункте, три дня подряд не могу забрать товар. 13.06.26, висит бумажка "работаем до 19:30", ладно, бывает. 14.06.26 висит бумажка "работаем до 17:00", 15.06.26 "перерыв" не понятно во сколько начался, но закончится в 14:25. Замечательно, закажу на WB палатку, заберу вовремя, и буду ночевать под OZON, когда двери соизволят открыться.

10.05 a.m. I came to receive the goods I needed today, as I left after the situation in an hour and it is not known when I would have arrived. I haven't been to this point very often, but in those moments everything was fine, today, unfortunately, I ran into the absolute arrogance of an employee. The girl couldn't find my product, I know it happens, but her behavior was just outrageous! At first, she asked me to come back later or the next day, to which she was told that I couldn't do that. It would have been okay, it had happened to me before, I had never cursed with anyone, but the employee began to be rude to me, suggesting that I first go look for the goods myself in the warehouse, which I naturally refused. Then other customers started coming for their orders, to which the girl said, quote: "I'll be serving other customers now, if you don't want to come back later, just stand and wait!" Since when has this become the norm? Why does she think she has the right to talk like that? Why does an employee even think that he can decide who to serve first and who can wait? In the end, she offered to go to the warehouse again to look for goods, and this time I agreed, because I had already spent a lot of time. I wasn't the only one looking, and not a few people came into the warehouse. In the end, I found the product, thanks to the girl who helped me. Why does an employee let anyone access the goods? Since when has this become the norm? What if someone had stolen something? How is that? There are a lot of questions and 0 answers, the girl left a terrible residue.
