I would like to heartily praise your pick-up point! I come here all the time😊 It's always clean, bright, parcels are found quickly, and there's no eternal crush like in other places. But the main thing is that there are just golden people working here! I would like to express my special gratitude to Maria's employee This is the kind of employee who greets clients with a sincere smile and is ready to help with any request. She doesn't just work out her shift, but creates a really warm atmosphere. I got a sliding curtain rod for the bathroom today, and when I came to pick it up, I couldn't figure out how to pull it apart properly to check the length. But Maria helped me. She didn't just show it, but took it carefully herself, pushed it apart with a light movement and explained clearly how it worked. Masha, thank you so much! You're turning an ordinary shopping trip into a small celebration.
