It is clear that it was not to her, but she refused to provide the contact of the owner of the pick-up point and information about the legal entity (instead, she irritably repeated that for some reason she would "call her partner if you want to", switching to servicing other clients). Information about the fake opening hours will be transmitted to the partner company.

A very unfriendly employee. I'm constantly picking up orders and noticing a perpetually unhappy face. Today, the product generally arrived in an open package, and these are, for a moment, capsules that could have been lost during storage at the pick-up point. The employee threw a broken package on my table and when I asked why the box was open, she replied, rolling her eyes, that "it came that way." You could tape it up or just put it in a bag. The policy of the pick-up point needs to be reviewed. At the nearby WB point, where there are a huge number of customers, everyone is told hello and have a nice day.
