I often come because of the proximity to the house, and neither the hostess nor her staff ever greets. He greets me well - I've never even seen a smile or a nod of the head there, at least some kind of communication, except for glances from under his brows and sighs. For the sake of experiment, I decided not to say anything at all first - if all the goods had been suitable, then the whole process would have taken place in complete silence and an atmosphere of passive aggressiveness. Another wonderful habit of the hostess, as soon as customers arrive, is to go rumble empty boxes, which are always littered with the hall at the entrance. Also, in the PVZ, the hostess's children sometimes squeal and interfere with customers. Also, dried flowers often stand on the employee's desk for some reason. Probably for the atmosphere too I would like a more friendly attitude (at least the illusion of one), I'm sure many people come here only because they are very close to home, but if they had a choice, they would not go.

I liked this pick-up point, until one day I accidentally heard about how annoying people are who bring refunds. And today the goods did not fit, because the size did not match at all. And the young new employee snorted at me with such a displeased expression and annoyance that she no longer wanted to order here at all. Fortunately, there are other points nearby.
