The main criteria of our choice were: -proximity to the sea (its own gate with access to the street leading to the beach, the road took 3 minutes and you could safely walk to the hotel if necessary) -fresh, modern renovation -proximity to infrastructure A hotel with a small, cozy, green area.In our opinion, the breakfasts are delicious and not boring.There is a children's table- porridge, cereal, muesli, waffles, donuts. Nuances that did not affect our vacation in any way: -the rooms are small, some do not have a balcony, so be careful when booking so as not to be disappointed. -the balcony is small, there are no tables and chairs, but it is possible to take them out of the room, if necessary -the closet is located in the bathroom and there are no shelves, but there is no dampness in the closet, because some kind of heater is built in. -the quality of cleaning suffered The staff was friendly and responsive to all requests.

Excellent location of the hotel , near the beach , night market , lots of cafes , exchangers , shops , pharmacies, massage parlors) the breakfasts are delicious , hearty, varied, a separate area for kids. The restaurant is clean and tidy. The staff is just wonderful , responsive, smiling , ready to solve any issues , there is a Russian-speaking young man, but everyone speaks English , there were no communication problems . The beach is 2-3 minutes from the hotel, there is a separate exit. Kata beach is huge, quite crowded , but there is always a place to stay) There are several cafes on the way to the beach , I recommend it, it's delicious, varied and inexpensive! Across the street is the exchanger , 7-11, next to Watson, and the night market , where there is simply an abundance of different dishes, fruits , shakes , cocktails! Ozo is just fine with both the infrastructure and the staff, the territory is small, but well-groomed, clean, green) our room was in a separate building on the 2nd floor without a balcony , we didn't feel any particular inconvenience from its absence, you won't sit there anyway in the heat, and things dry perfectly without Him ! The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar , refrigerator , wardrobe located in the bathroom ( an interesting solution ) One disadvantage is that I don't have enough bedside tables or small shelves in my closet to put all my clothes in their places and keep them in order during my vacation! I'll give you a solid 5! The hotel is modern, cool , I have not experienced any negative emotions ! I recommend ❤

Not a bad, cozy hotel, relatively not far from the sea, with its own private exit on the side, there is a swimming pool, good breakfasts, Russian-speaking staff at the reception. High-speed elevators, small rooms, but quite cozy, with air conditioning and daily cleaning. For holidays with children, more than the best option! Try not to settle on the 1st floor! Initially, we were offered a room there in a side building, but the smell of sewage in the room made us refuse to stay. They moved to the second floor of the main building without any problems.
