I went the this office to get help with receiving a wire from another international bank. The process was time consuming because there were technological issues. However, we are English speaking foreigners and have never experienced such patience from professional staff as OTP. There were 3 representatives including a manager trying to help us. It was so frustrating because not only was the other banks' App experiencing technical difficulties, the internet Wi-Fi was very tricky. However, this did not deter OTP staff. They were patient, determined, and would not waiver. Ultimately, the wire was a success!! The English speaking staff member was so sweet and understand as were the other staff. This is a long review but other foreigners that are considering opening an account at OTP should trust and relax knowing they are in good hands.

Of the worst banks I have ever worked with. Visited the same office for more than fives times for the same purpose without any success. The consultants and managers ate extremely ignorant and unsupportive.

Посетил для оформления платёжного стикера офис банка около 9:35 (через пять минут после времени начала работы) по адресу Профсоюзная улица, 43, корп. 1. который находится очень близко от выхода метро Новые Черёмушки. Это просторный, технологичный офис со спокойной атмосферой и никто не стоит у тебя над душой. Быстро определился в инфомате и сразу же начал общаться с менеджером Анастасией. Все вопросы оформления заняли не более 10 минут. После чего мне выдали стикер и Анастасия помогла в мобильном приложении установить для него пинкод. Могу оценить свой визит как очень удачный.
