This is not the hotel, the main entrance to which is located on the facade of the building, the entrance to this hotel is located in the courtyard, a small counter is located on the second floor of the staircase. The receptionist doesn't speak Russian. The rooms are located on different floors of different staircases, some fresh, some old with torn armchairs and sofas. The air conditioner was not working, there were two parking spaces in the hotel parking lot, so we managed to park the car on the first day and not on the second, but there is a large free parking nearby. The food is homemade, a girl comes and cooks a couple of dishes, a couple of sausages, a couple of cheeses, instant coffee. It's more like a small private mini-hotel.

We stayed at the hotel in May 2025. Only we had an inutri entrance from the courtyard. I really liked the hotel, it's so cozy and homely. Friendly host, delicious breakfasts. We lived in rooms on the 2nd floor, there is also a reception and a kitchen. The rooms are spacious, we actually had two rooms. Clean, daily cleaning. Convenient location close to the old city center. In general, old Tbilisi is nearby. I recommend
