The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Our room was a family room, very large, with a cot and a huge sofa. Everything is clean and tidy. We had breakfast on the roof overlooking Batumi and the seashore. Buffet breakfasts. Everything is delicious and satisfying. The only problem, but this is not the problem of this particular hotel, but of the entire old town, is the narrow streets where cars are parked. If you arrive in a large SUV, parking will become a problem, and in general it is difficult to drive, especially if there is an oncoming lane.

Breakfast is served on the 6th floor on the roof.. ++++555 A hotel with a soul.. The owner himself is personally staying at the hotel. Towels and bed are changed every day... It's a Georgian atmosphere.

We stayed at the hotel for a week at the end of January 2025.I really liked it! We had a suite, warm and comfortable, new furniture, everything you need.Cleaning every day, linen and towels are changed, there are bathrobes and slippers.In the morning they call the room and invite you to breakfast))) The breakfast deck is the highlight of the hotel.A cozy place with a magnificent view of the port and old Batumi.Everything is satisfying and delicious.The owner of the hotel is very friendly, friendly and hospitable.He treats everyone with wine, cognac and tea, a very pleasant and sociable person.He loves his hotel and cares about the comfort of his guests! All the staff were very warm, they treated us like family! They respond to all comments and requests instantly, trying to help and please.Thank them very much for this! We will stay in Batumi only with them! The location of the hotel is perfect, everything is within walking distance, very convenient! The rest was a success, which I wish to everyone!
